Mobile jobs, assignments, status, location, and customer updates.
Pricing, tax, inventory, purchasing, billing, and payment records.

Connected service management

Actual application interface
OneView keeps dense operational information readable through role-focused navigation, exact values, clear status language, and separate workspaces for different responsibilities.

White-label operating workspace
During enrollment, each customer establishes its business identity, locations, bays, users, pricing categories, labor rates, tax jurisdiction, payment terms, colors, and logo. Those choices shape the workspace without changing the underlying operational controls.
Administrators, advisors, dispatchers, technicians, accounting staff, and other authorized roles can begin in the workspace most relevant to them. The All Tools view remains available when a user needs the complete module catalog.
SST OneView connects people, vehicles, equipment, work, parts, documents, communication, and money. That structure supports the full service history and reduces repeated entry between shop, dispatch, inventory, customer service, and accounting workflows.
Common questions
The product remains in active development. Preview access is controlled so SST can validate workflows, onboarding, support, security, and billing before broader availability.
Automotive repair shops, commercial fleet service operations, heavy-duty and diesel shops, mobile mechanics, road-service teams, and organizations that combine shop and field work.
Yes. Shop work uses bay-oriented workflows while mobile and road-service work uses a separate dispatch board. Their status can still be viewed together from the operations home.
Yes. Each workspace configures labor, parts, fees, tax rules, payment terms, locations, bays, roles, branding, and enabled modules rather than receiving fixed rates.
Qualified organizations can request a controlled 15-day evaluation. Public pricing begins at $149 per month, but preview enrollment and commercial activation remain subject to SST approval and the applicable written terms.
Tell SST how your shop, fleet, or mobile-service team works. We will confirm preview fit, the right starting plan, and what must be configured before evaluation begins.
